The Coaching.Steel sharpens steel.
Work one on one with us to fine-tune your presentation and facilitation skills to become a powerhouse presenter. |
Just like in any other training you have experienced with us,
prepare for hands-on learning and maximum impact.
What this is
This is a long-term (3-5 month) relationship. It is personal coaching. It is our involvement in your growth at the level you need/want. A combination of one-on-one in-person boot-camping, small group rehearsing, zoom-dojo training, and self-directed homework all designed to help you 1) enhance your public speaking and facilitation skills, and 2) develop and edit your own 1-day training curriculum. Additionally, you have open access to Ryan and his experience building and selling a public speaking/training business. You are here to learn our style and make it your own.
This is getting in the weeds. This is work! This is the highs and lows of BECOMING! Becoming the present you want.

What this is not
A seminar. While our PUBLIC SPEAKING - SPEAK FROM THE HEART 3 day training IS a mandatory part of your process, our coaching program is about walking with you on your journey. This is not a promise to grow your speaking business. You are invited to ask any and every question on how we grew Penneau Training Group. Advice is more than available. From walking through a website, content writing, sales calls; you name it, we will support you on it! Building a business as a speaker, however, is not part of the intentional curriculum; it's an added bonus!!!
Month 0 Prepare Yourself
You will receive homework to watch/read/familiarize yourself with, reflections to have, and curriculums to prepare. Your goal is open heart and open mind, as we plant the seeds of THE WORK and the EXCITEMENT of the journey.
We will set a date and time for your audition, get to know your goals, and we will be off and running.

Month 1 The Grind
This phase is about becoming more familiar with the content. There is the MEAT and there is the PRESENTATION. And finding the rhythm and balance of them both is an art
By the end of this month we will have a general outline for your one day (or speach/workshop), and we will have had a minimum of 3 one on one sessions practicing the balance of MEAT and PRESENTATION. We will move beyond any anxieties that may get in the way, and become familiar with the rhythm of our facilitation style.

Month 2 The Gauntlet
This is frustration and progress. The work out and feedback. This is again. And again. And again.
By the end of this month, you will be able to (off-the-cuff) say the major bullets of your presentation and process. You will be able to present them in a way that is BIG and our rhyme and cadence in presenting will become second nature to you.

Month 3 Seeing the Matrix - I Know Kung Fu
We will move to organizing small group presentations where you can practice your art among small groups and peers.
By the end of this month, you should be able to seamlessly flow through your curriculum, ensuring the message you want to convey is conveyed while being able to connect your message with meaning and practical examples that don't distract you or your audience.

We Promise You the BestStephanie and Ryan have been successfully running a speaker/training business for the past 10 years, each year growing in income, abilities, and personal and professional freedom.
For ten years, our business motto has been 'SET A GOAL' now GET THERE. Year after year, these goals have been, and not limited to, increasing revenue, growing our team, having more days on the road, having more days at home, getting into new markets, et cetera....we have consecutively set the goals and made them happen. We are blessed, lucky, grateful, and still hungry. What we are presenting is not fluff, it's not dead-weight as we are still working the industry. We are just getting started, and we want you to catch up on our 17+ years of experience. |
